Welcome! The Post Adoption Resource Center offers post adoption support services to families who have adopted children through the State of Michigan foster care system and who reside in Wayne County, Michigan.

Post Adoption Resource Centers are community based and here to support you through the life long rewarding journey of adoption. PARC is contracted to provide services for the State of Michigan Department of Human Services adoptive families residing in Wayne County.

Resources for Parents
Our Services to You
PARC staff will contact you within 24 hours of a referral being made to schedule a visit, which will be held at your home or where most convenient for you and at a time most convenient for you.
At the first visit the PARC staff will work with you to identify the strengths
and needs of your family, and use that information to develop an initial
family-centered plan.
